Requirements:

  1. Tax declaration (if permit to cut trees)
  2. Application letter
  3. Barangay Certification
  4. Official Receipts
  5. Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)

FEES: MAYOR’S CERTIFICATION FEE -Php50.00

ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS PERMITS

Requirements:

  1. Secure Application from the Municipal Treasurer’s Office
  2. Financial Statement of previous years (form of Omnibus Sworn Statement can be downloaded on website of LGU Laua-an).
  3. Police Clearance – Php50.00
  4. Sanitary Permit – Php50.00
  5. Medical Certification – Php50.00
  6. Certificate of Fire Safety
