The Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development is the welfare arm of the Local Government responsible to facilitate and implement programs, projects, and services that will eradicate poverty and empower disadvantaged individuals, families and communities to improved quality life. MSWDO is committed to provide and support comprehensive and responsive policies, plans and programs pertaining to social welfare and development at community level thru the provision of assistance from LGU, barangay and other government agencies, NGOs and people’s organzation.

ISSUANCE OF ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS SITUATION

Requirements:

  1. Certificate of Indigency/Certification of in Crisis Situation from the Barangay
  2. Photocopy of valid ID or Voter’s Certification
  3. Photocopy of Medical Certificate/Medical receipts for Hospitalization
  4. Photocopy of Death Certificate for Burial
